Operator was doing his pre-plant inspection and dropped his pen. When he bent over to get it he had a muscle spasm that put pressure on his Sciatic nerve resulting in pain in his leg.

While puling on a bar to line up an I-Beam, employee felt a strain in his right shoulder.

Employee getting out of the man lift and slipped on some sand - went to grab himself and according to employee ""popped his right shoulder out of socket."" Employee stated that this had happened before and he was able to pop back in place, did not want to go to docotr, however called next day and wanted to see a doctor.
