Employee was assisting in the turning over of the stage loader drive assembly. Employee had his hand on the drive as it turned. The drive was approximately 3/4 ways turned over when the unbolted deck plate turned loose, striking employee's left middle finger.
EE was bending and forming heavy gauge wire. The wire slipped and stuck in EE's hand, cutting him at the base of his left thumb.
Employee was climbing on forklift and twisted his left knee.
Employee had been welding on the canopy retainer rings on the shield job for North River. When employee moved the wire-welder, he felt a pain in his lower back and right shoulder.

EE was cleaning weld splatter from inside the electrical panel with a grinder. The grinder slipped and struck back of right hand. Employee was wearing leather driving gloves. He was leaning deep inside the panel cleaning the back. The grinder was dropped when it cut his hand.

Employee was loosening bolts on bearing housing and a piece of metal went into his left eye.

EE lifted cover improperly with chain hook in the hole and it would not fit in cover had already fell off once and he hooked it the same again. Then get cover in place and let the crane down, relasing tension. Cover folded and fell on his. where he was standing in front of the cover. He was knocked down and the cover landed in his leg, the hinge area striking him.
