Worker was fatally injured while driving a CAT 769C Water Truck along a standard mine haul road, returning to the water stand to re-fill the water tank. The water truck drifted left, onto the berm, travelling approximately 160' before ""cartwheeling"" and ejecting the worker. The worker does not appear to have been wearing the supplied seat belt.
