EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON A POWER DISTRIBUTION BOXTO DETERMINE WHY A CIRCUIT BREAKER WOULD NOT OPERATE. HE APPARENTLY CAME IN CONTACT WITH AN ENERGIZED CIRCUIT DURING THE TROUBLE SHOOTING PROCES S.
