THE ELECTRICIAN WAS WORKING ON A GROUNDED SHUTTLE CAR CABLE AND RECEIVED FLASH BURNS WHEN A SHORT CIRCUIT OCCURED AT THE FEMALE RECEPLACLE ON THE ELECTRICAL POWER CENTER.
