Investigator narrative
Employee had partially drilled a hole using a jackleg drill. A coworker discovered him unconscious/unresponsive, slumped over the drill. It was later determined the employee's clothes were wound up in the 6' drill steel though the cause & nature of the accident & cause of death remain undetermined and under investigation.
